rocky
Rocky is in foster care in Hampshire and he has been in the UK since early November 2025. He is in good health and tested negative to Mediterranean diseases. Rocky is 62cm high, 103cm long, 37cm neck, 69cm chest.
Rocky is good with other dogs and can live with cats. He has done very well in his foster home adjusting to this new way of life in a loving home.
This is from his foster mum:
He is the sweetest dog and is so keen to please and be loved and had absolutely blossomed in the last 9 weeks and is loving living in a house with beds food and babies (cuddly toys).
He is learning to ask to go to the garden to do his business and less accidents are happening. He is smart boy.
He loves his walks and this is an absolute must that he gets good walks each day. He can be strong but manageable with a figure of 8 harness. He can be vocal on walks and will whistle all the time when he walks. He is better on pavement walks but will get really vocal if he goes to the woods where there is wildlife. He is doing his job like he did in Spain, alerting everyone that he has a scent!
He likes a good snooze after a walk but he has a little treat first to settle him down. He sleeps at night in a crate, this is his choice and he loves the routine. He likes to learn and is doing well with new commands. He travels well in the car. He likes going to the dog café and behaves very well.
He loves the dog park and will run around the whole time. He does have zero recall so he is a dog that will never come off lead for his own safety.
A great little boy with a lot to give. He can be an only dog as long as someone is around a lot for him.

bonnie
Bonnie is in foster care in Nottingham looking for her forever home. She is 2 years old (DOB 10/2/2023). She is a super sweet, loving girl. Bonnie must have another dog for company living in the home and someone who can give her plenty of guidance and ongoing training.
This is from her foster mum:
What can I say about Bonnie (or Bon Bon as she's been nicknamed). When she arrived she was a big bundle of pent up energy and mischief. In the last 4 weeks she's learnt to walk nicely on the lead, we use a halti for control and she's taken to it very well, she still pulls occasionally but everyday she's getting better. She can be quite comical when she's out on her walks as shes vocal when she finds a good scent, she's currently learning that she doesn't need to let the neighbourhood know there's a rabbit in the bushes and we've now gotten to the point where she's giving a few good yips then she will allow herself to be guided away. She can be quite strong minded but she responds very well to a good strong NO when she's being naughty. She does love to be outside and if there's a suitable hole in the fence she will exploit it! So a sound garden is a must for her she's not much of a jumper so check for ground level holes! She is an absolute diamond with other dogs and children she's spent a weekend with 2 little ones both under 2yrs and regularly sees my 6yr old niece and 14yr old nephew. It would be ideal if Bonnie found a home in a house with another doggo to play with. She is noisy with her play and not all dogs like it but it is fun to watch her enticing other dogs to play by bopping them on the head with her big paws lol. Although she does like to play she is quite calm indoors I have another dog of 13 who's playing days are long gone and she's very respectful of this and doesn't bug him although she does like to curl up with him. She is a snuggle bug and will jump up on the sofa next to you very undemanding she just wants to be near you and she's a lovely hot water bottle in bed! Bonnie is such a sweet outgoing lassie who just needs a consistent firm hand and regular walks to help her progress with her training. Bonnie's training so far; -knows Sit, -walks reasonably on the lead and is improving, -she's clean indoors most of the time but has the odd accident especially now it's too cold to leave the door open so we'll be working on getting her to let me know when she needs to go out, -doesn't steal food -Doesn't counter surf -will half inch dog biscuits if you leave them out-happy to be left at home, I've left her for 4hrs so far without incident. -good around plates at meal times, -gives a paw when asked, -Doesn't like jumping in the car but once in, travels well (loves it if you have the window open).

brandon
Brandon is 10 years old and he was picked up as a stray and taken to a pound in Northern Spain. He is now in foster care in Northern Spain as he had treatment for heartworm. His treatment has now finished and he will be retested early January 2026. We hope he will be negative and he will need to travel on our January trip as his foster placement is short term.
He is a Basset Fauve de Bretagne mix and he is good with other dogs. He likes people. Brandon has a playful and gentle nature to him.
Brandon is currently living as an only dog but he has human attention all the time. He does not like being left alone and would do better with a doggie friend or someone who is around a lot. He is a gentle little soul.
